1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BroCoachMe ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including coaches and clients.

2. Description of Service

BroCoachMe is a fitness coaching platform that allows personal trainers ("coaches") to manage clients, create and assign workout programs, and track client progress. Clients can view and complete workouts through the BroCoachMe mobile application.

3. Account Registration

To use BroCoachMe, coaches must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at binamrathapa015@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Payment

Payments for the Pro Plan are processed securely through Paystack. By subscribing to the Pro Plan, you authorise BroCoachMe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Platform
• Use the Platform to spam or harass clients

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the BroCoachMe Platform are owned by BroCoachMe. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission. Content you create on the Platform (such as workout programs) remains your property.

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. We collect only the information necessary to provide the service and do not sell your data to third parties. Client data entered by coaches is used solely for the purpose of delivering the coaching service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

BroCoachMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Fitness advice and workout programs created on the Platform are the sole responsibility of the coach and should not replace professional medical advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BroCoachMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BroCoachMe in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
