5. Payment Information
BroCoachMe uses Paystack to process all subscription payments. We do not store your card details on our servers. All payment information is handled directly by Paystack in accordance with PCI DSS standards. By subscribing to BroCoachMe Pro, you also agree to Paystack's Terms of Service.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with:
- Paystack — for payment processing
- Resend — for sending transactional emails
- Railway — our cloud hosting provider where your data is stored
- Your coach or clients — coaches can see client workout data, and clients can see the programs their coach creates for them
- Law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law
7. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Railway in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Bcrypt hashing for all passwords
- JWT token-based authentication with expiry
- Database access restricted to authorized services only
While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your personal data including your profile, clients, workouts, and progress records will be permanently deleted from our systems. Subscription and billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations.

BroCoachMe is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately and we will delete the account.
