Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan
The BroCoachMe Free Plan is available at no cost and does not require any payment information. There is nothing to refund for Free Plan users.
2. Pro Plan Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro Plan subscription at any time from the Settings page in your BroCoachMe account. Upon cancellation your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
3. Refunds
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Within 7 days of first payment
If you are not satisfied with your Pro Plan subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies to new subscribers only.
Service unavailability
If BroCoachMe experiences significant downtime or service disruption lasting more than 48 hours in a billing period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for that period.
Duplicate charges
If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
4. Non-refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after 7 days of the initial payment
- Subsequent monthly renewals after the first billing period
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Partial months — we do not prorate cancellations mid-cycle
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at binamrathapa015@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
6. Downgrading to Free Plan
If you cancel your Pro Plan you will automatically be downgraded to the Free Plan at the end of your billing period. Your data will be retained but you will be limited to 3 active clients. You can upgrade again at any time.
